Yohanna Jones, CEO

Ms. Yohanna Jones, M. A. Psychology, has been coordinating adult education programs for thirty years. Her involvement with technical training and laser education began at Los Alamos National Laboratory where she served in the Training Office as a Technical Training Specialist in the 1980's. Her experience includes needs assessment, evaluating the effectiveness of performance-based training, and coordinating all aspects of producing and delivering short courses.
Her educational background and training in psychology and personal growth give her excellent customer service skills. She also has extensive experience working with clients in an interview process to make sure that the training they receive will accomplish their specific objectives. Laser-Professionals wants all participants to know what they are buying and how it fits into their overall professional growth in the laser community and in their specific workplace.
